Alura is owned and operated by Alura Brands, LLC. This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all orders placed through our website. If you ever have a question or need a hand, you can always reach us at orders@alurabrands.com.

  1. Our "Love It or It's On Us" Guarantee

We stand behind our products and truly believe you'll love them. But if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your first purchase of a new Alura product, we've got you covered.

Here’s how it works:

  • First-time purchase of a new product? If you try an Alura product for the first time and it's just not for you, let us know within 30 days of delivery.
  • We'll offer you a full refund for that product, no questions asked.
  • This guarantee applies to your first purchase of each unique Alura product. It's our way of letting you try something new with confidence!
To claim your "Love It or It's On Us" guarantee, simply email us at orders@alurabrands.com with your order number and a quick note about why it wasn't a fit.

2. If There’s an Issue With Your Order

Sometimes things happen, and we're here to make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please reach out!
Within 7 days of delivery, please email orders@alurabrands.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of what went wrong
  • Clear photos of:
  • The outer packaging, and
  • The product(s) and any damage (if applicable)

Once we hear from you, our team will jump in to help and figure out the best solution, which could be a replacement or another appropriate fix.

3. How We Use Your Information

For products that don't fall under our "Love It or It's On Us" guarantee (e.g., subsequent purchases of the same product, or if you simply changed your mind before opening):

  • We can accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging and resalable condition.
  • Please initiate your return request within 30 days of delivery.
  • You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs in these cases.
  • To start a general return, email us at orders@alurabrands.com with your order number. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

4. Eligibility & What to Know

To be considered for any return or refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • We may ask for proof of purchase (like your order confirmation or order number).
We reserve the right to approve or decline refund and return requests at our discretion, always aiming to be fair and reasonable.

5. Refunds

Once your return (if required) is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original form of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping charges are typically non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our error or our "Love It or It's On Us" guarantee.

6. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

To keep things safe and ensure the highest quality for everyone, certain items aren't eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Opened or partially used products that don't qualify under our "Love It or It's On Us" guarantee.
  • Items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Products that have been improperly stored, handled, or used against our recommendations.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you've been approved for a refund but haven't seen it yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then, contact your credit card company or bank – it can sometimes take a few business days for them to post a refund.

  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at orders@alurabrands.com with your name and order number, and we'll look into it for you.
