As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package’s journey.
- It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been picked up by the carrier.
To help your order arrive smoothly:
- Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
- Alura Brands, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:
- We’ll contact you using the email on your order.
- Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t see your package:
- Check around your home or building (front door, side door, back porch, mail room, package locker, etc.).
- Ask household members, neighbors, or your building management to see if they accepted it on your behalf.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for more details.
