Alura is owned and operated by Alura Brands, LLC. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website.

  1. Where We Ship

Right now, we only ship within the United States (including the 48 contiguous states, and you can clarify if you ship to AK/HI/PR if needed). We’re working on expanding and will share updates as soon as we can.

2. Order Processing Times

We do our best to get your order to you quickly.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During busy times (sales, holidays, product launches), processing may take up to 3–4 business days.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.
Please note: Processing time is separate from the shipping carrier’s transit time.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

After your order is processed, typical delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: usually 3–7 business days once shipped
Shipping options and exact delivery estimates will be shown at checkout based on your address.

  • These timeframes are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, and other factors outside of Alura Brands, LLC’s control can sometimes affect delivery.

4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or thresholds (for example: “Free shipping over $X”). Any active offer will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.
All prices and fees are listed in USD.

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package’s journey.

  • It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been picked up by the carrier.

To help your order arrive smoothly:
  • Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
  • Alura Brands, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:
  • We’ll contact you using the email on your order.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t see your package:
  • Check around your home or building (front door, side door, back porch, mail room, package locker, etc.).
  • Ask household members, neighbors, or your building management to see if they accepted it on your behalf.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for more details.
If you still can’t locate your package after these steps, email us at orders@alurabrands.com and we’ll do our best to help.

6. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

We want you to feel confident and cared for when you order from Alura.
If your order arrives with damaged items, missing items, or if something doesn’t look right:

  • Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
  • Email us at orders@alurabrands.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include:
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the packaging and item(s), if applicable
Our team will review your message and work with you to make it right in line with our policies (which may include a replacement or another appropriate solution).

8. Changes & Cancellations

We start working on your order as quickly as we can, which means:

  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you need to update or cancel your order, email us at orders@alurabrands.com as soon as possible with your order number:

  • If your order has not yet entered the packing or shipping process, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
  • If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
